    Burlington Place has reached practical completion. Please see the current availability list which shows which apartments are available for purchase, if any.
    Am I able to have pets at Burlington Place?
    Subject to freeholder approval, the majority of pets are permitted within the development.
    What type of tenure does my Burlington Place property come with?
    Each property has its own 250 year leasehold. There are no ground rents chargeable for new leaseholds granted.
    Is there a rectification period for snagging issues?
    TIs there a rectification period for snagging issues? The development offered a rectification period of 12 months from practical completion, which has now passed. However, the developer will review any snagging issues identified within the first 14 days of completing upon your apartment purchase.
    As Burlington Place is a new development, is there a structural warranty?
    Yes, there is a 10 year structural warranty in place.
    What utilities are in Burlington Place?
    There will be both gas and electric utilities at Burlington Place, with gas central heating throughout. Each apartment has it own separate meters. The water is pooled as a service charge.
    Do I get a car parking space?
    Car parking isn't included within the purchase price of the dwellings. There are no car park spaces remaining onsite however you're able to park for free on the Esplanade outside the front of the building, currently.

    You can also hire a seasonal parking permit at designated car park areas.
    Can I use a mortgage to buy one of your apartments?
    The development is being built according to UK building regulations in addition to enjoying a 10 year structural warranty which forms part of CML requirements. Therefore, you will be able to obtain a mortgage to finance your purchase of one or more of the apartments at Burlington Place.
    What is the payment plan for buying a Burlington Place property?
    To reserve a Burlington Place property requires a £5,000 deposit and a £400 searches fee. Thereafter, upon your solicitor receiving the draft contract pack, you have 6 weeks to exchange contracts with the completion being five working days after receiving the buildings completion certificate. The reservation deposit is deducted from the balance due on completion.
    What are the service charges?
    The service charge budget for the first year of occupancy has been estimated as £40,286. Each apartment has a percentage allocated towards its use of the communal areas.
